The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is formed are as follows:

1) Developing strategic partnerships with public and other community based youth organization to accomplish community goals such as mentoring troubled youth, juvenile delinquency prevention and youth development more effectively.

2) Providing innovative youth programs such as workshops on a wide range of topics, inspirational songs, rap, short plays and some recreational activities.

3) It is also committed to providing peer to peer self help discussions in order to discover hidden talents and abilities so that their life assignment will be fulfilled.

4) The public objective is to improve the intellectual and social skills for teens at risk and the growing populations.
